Shipping Policy

  • From where are the products shipped?
    All the products are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Please allow 3-7 days from the date of order confirmation to receive your order. We strive to dispatch your order from our studio within 1-2 days of order confirmation.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes. We will send you an email with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At present we only ship across India but we will soon be launching international shipping as well.
  • Is shipping free?
    Yes, shipping is free for all orders across India.
  • Do you accept COD?
    Yes, we accept COD.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
    Please note that all of our products are custom made. It may not be possible to cancel/modify your order once we have prepared and dispatched the products.
    In case you would like to cancel/modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible at orders@tanshi.co.in and we will try to process your request. Please ensure to include your order number and any other information in the email.
