Returns
  • I have received a faulty/ incorrect/ defective cloths. What should I do?
    At Tanshi, we thoroughly check your order for any faults or defects before shipping them to you. However, if you do receive a faulty product, please email us at orders@tanshi.co.in within 7 days of receiving the order. Upon verifying your request, we will replace the faulty product right away. 
  • Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
    Yes, absolutely. You have 7 days from receiving your order to decide if the product is right for you. Simply email us at  orders@tanshi.co.in with the reason for the return. Please note that the courier charges will be borne by the customer in case of returns. If goods are lost/damaged in transit, we would not take liability for the same.
  • I have placed an order for an incorrect size/design. What can I do?
    We request you to please confirm your size/design before placing an order. we will be unable to process any returns/exchanges in case of a wrongly ordered product.

    How to return:
    1. Simply email us at orders@tanshi.co.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address.
    2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please write your order # on the outside of the packaging.
    3. Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
    4. Once we receive your package, we’ll initiate processing your refund right away.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the package. The amount will be refunded to your original form of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via IMPS/Gpay/Paytm/Phonepe.
